My stay was very relaxing during my visit. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, in the centre with easy access to shopping malls and a market...

The location was perfect, near Whole Foods and cute Greek eateries. The fresh mini fridge was a lifesaver for snacks. Loved the spacious suite with my husband and dog!
Felt totally at home, no reason to complain.

We truly enjoyed the place and its free and amazing breakfast.
The staff were both knowledgeable and sincere. The location offered was perfect and excellent just next door to Crowne Plaza, and many sights and local transportation. Furthermore, Haymarket Memorial and other tourist destinations were situated very close to this place.

Had a blast with friends at this elegant hotel! The location is perfect for visiting amazing spots like the United Center and nearby shopping. The executive lounge was a great start to our mornings with delicious breakfast options. Highly recommend it for a fun getaway!
Unfortunately, our experience was slightly marred by noisy events outside, which disrupted our peace despite requesting quiet rooms.

Loved the modern room designs, layout, and furnishings. Very helpful, friendly staff. Great location to access downtown and the "L" to see the rest of Chicago.
The bathroom didn't seem to have a fan to get rid of shower steam.

I Book this hotel on the basis of in the UK Crowne Plaza standard in the UK. This is'nt the same in the USA it more like a 3 Star Holiday inn Standard. Also room not very sound proof form the amount of traffic that you can hear all during the night.

I really liked that the hotel was close to Union Station as that's the way we usually travel to Chicago and we were able to walk to the hotel. Nice facility, very secure and clean. Also liked having a pharmacy/grocery store so close, very convenient. We will be back. Thank you.

Great location with comfy beds
We booked last minute and it worked out pretty well. The staff were super nice, especially when I had trouble with my ID. Location is fab-walked to tons of places easily! Loved the restaurant in-house, too. Just wish the lighting in the room wasn't so dim. It made things a bit weird at night.

Staff was friendly and attentive.
We couldn't open our balcony door because of the smell of grease (from the kitchen?) We were on the 3rd floor in back of hotel. We were too tired to ask to change our room when we discovered this. Also no pool in the hotel. There are too many hotels in the city and doubt I will ever be back.
